Organization Management System
Client Overview
SLCSA (Sri Lanka Cricket Scorers Association) is an association of cricket scorers in Sri Lanka. They needed an organization management system that could help them manage their daily activities, including matches, scorers’ payments, and match payments.
Requirements
SLCSA needed a system that could help them add matches daily and assign relevant scorers. The scorers needed a separate login to see the assigned matches, pending payments, payments that are done, and deductions. They also required a small accounting system to manage their associations, payments, and invoices. The biggest challenge was connecting the HNB PayFast payment gateway to the system, so scorers could be paid easily. They required the ability to generate reports on matches, invoices, and payments made.

Solution
Our team understood the client’s requirements and designed necessary screens for the system. We set up permission on user roles and built a separate portal for scorers. The system had a secure layer, and we set it up on their server to ensure data security. We made sure that users couldn’t cheat on payment stuff and invoices, and all data was secured all the time.
Challenges
We faced several challenges during the development of the organization management system for SLCSA. One of the significant challenges was to ensure that the system had a high level of security. We had to make sure that the data was secure at all times and that users couldn’t cheat on payment stuff and invoices.
Another challenge was to connect the HNB PayFast payment gateway to the system. We had to ensure that scorers could be paid easily, and payments were processed without any delay.
We also had to design a separate portal for scorers, which allowed them to view their assigned matches, pending payments, payments that are done, and deductions.
Results
The organization management system was successfully implemented, and the client was pleased with the outcome. They could easily manage their daily activities, including matches, scorers’ payments, and match payments. The scorers had a separate portal to access their payment details and assignments, and the payment gateway was connected seamlessly, making payments faster and more efficient.
With the accounting system in place, the association could manage their payments and invoices, and generate reports on matches, invoices, and payments made.
Summary
The organization management system developed by our team helped SLCSA to manage their daily activities efficiently. The system allowed them to add matches daily and assign relevant scorers. The scorers had a separate login to view their payment details and assignments, and the payment gateway was connected seamlessly.
With the accounting system in place, the association could manage their payments and invoices and generate reports on matches, invoices, and payments made. Overall, the system streamlined their daily activities and helped them to work efficiently without any delays or mismanagement.

Building a Website for a Paid Coaching Business
Client Overview
Moran Peddy is a spiritual coach who approached us with a goal of transforming her ideas into a beautiful and functional website. Her ultimate objective was to attract new clients and increase bookings for her paid coaching sessions.
Project Objectives
Our goal was to create a website that reflected Moran’s brand identity and values while also focusing on the end goal of driving more bookings through the website. We wanted to design a site that was visually appealing, easy to navigate, and offered an effortless booking experience for visitors.
Challenges Faced
Our biggest challenge was building the website from scratch as Moran did not have an existing website. Additionally, we had to incorporate a system that would enable visitors to schedule and pay for coaching sessions directly from the site. To achieve this, we installed a plugin that streamlined the booking process while also ensuring that Moran could accept payments seamlessly.
Results
We successfully built a website that met Moran’s objectives and offered a seamless booking experience for visitors. The site was designed to be mobile responsive, ensuring that it was accessible to the majority of internet users. We also installed an email service provider (ESP) to help Moran capture email addresses from visitors to the site. With the addition of Google Analytics, we were able to track visitor behaviour and optimize the site’s design and content accordingly.
The site was also built with search engine optimization (SEO) in mind. We added a blog feature to the site that enabled Moran to create content that could rank on Google and other search engines. We also installed an SSL certificate to ensure that the site was secure and met Google’s recent requirements for ranking.
The site has helped her attract new clients and increase bookings, and she now has a platform that accurately reflects her brand and values.
